ABSTRACT

Efficient inventory management has become an essential requirement for organizations operating in complex manufacturing environments, particularly within the petrochemical, chemical, and pharmaceutical sectors. These industries rely on interconnected supply chains comprising multiple production stages, warehouses, distribution centers, and customer locations, where inventory decisions significantly influence operational performance. Variations in market demand, production capacity, transportation schedules, and procurement lead time create uncertainty that challenges conventional stock management approaches. This study introduces a hierarchical framework for intelligent multi level inventory management and stock optimization that integrates strategic, tactical, and operational decision-making across the supply chain.
