Prior to 2020, the widespread adoption of cloud computing, big data analytics, the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence, and mobile technologies fundamentally changed organizational processes, customer engagement, and business models. As digital initiatives expanded across industries, the need for structured certification programs and reliable assessment frameworks gained importance to ensure that professionals possessed the competencies required to lead and implement transformation initiatives effectively.
