ABSTRACT

E-commerce refers to the utilization of the internet for commercial and marketing transactions, focusing on digitally enabled marketable and business deals. In India, e-commerce has significantly transformed business practices. Projections suggest that by 2026, the Indian e-commerce market will surge to $200 billion from $38.5 billion in 2017, driven by the rise in smartphone and internet usage. This anticipated growth underscores the importance of examining factors such as self-efficacy, privacy breach, litigation intentions, privacy control beliefs, litigation, and complexity.
