This study examines the opportunities and challenges associated with trademark-backed financing in the Canadian market. It explores how trademarks can enhance access to capital, particularly for businesses with limited tangible assets. The analysis highlights key issues related to trademark valuation, legal enforceability, lender confidence, and regulatory frameworks.
